2 Description of Service
SPX Farm is a Telegram-based farming game where users manage a virtual farm, raise animals, grow crops, and earn SPX tokens on the TON blockchain. The service is provided through Telegram's Mini App (WebApp) platform.
- Manage virtual farms — chickens, cows, and crop fields
- Earn Gold Coins through gameplay and convert them to SPX
- Withdraw SPX tokens to a TON blockchain wallet (subject to requirements)
- Participate in a referral reward program
- Purchase upgrades with Telegram Stars or TON
3 In-Game Economy
3.1 Gold Coins
Gold Coins are the primary in-game currency earned through gameplay (collecting eggs, milk, and harvested crops). They can be spent in the in-game shop or exchanged for SPX tokens.
⚠️ Gold Coins have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be directly withdrawn or traded.
3.2 SPX Tokens
SPX is the reward token of the SPX Farm ecosystem, deployed on the TON blockchain. It can be earned, deposited, and withdrawn to a TON wallet.
⚠️ SPX tokens are experimental digital assets. Their value is not guaranteed. We make no representations about their current or future market value. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
3.3 Withdrawal Requirements
To be eligible for SPX token withdrawal, all of the following must be met:

4 Purchases & Payments
4.1 Telegram Stars
Purchases of Silver Pots (1 ⭐) and Gold Pots (5 ⭐) are processed via Telegram Stars — Telegram's official in-app payment system. All Stars transactions are subject to Telegram's Terms of Service. Telegram Stars purchases are non-refundable once the virtual item has been credited to your account.
4.2 TON Payments
The Golden Wyandotte chicken is purchasable for 5 TON via TON Connect. TON blockchain transactions are irreversible and non-refundable. By initiating a TON transaction, you acknowledge that funds will be permanently transferred on-chain.
4.3 Digital Goods Policy
All in-game items (chickens, cows, pots, workers) are virtual digital goods. They:
- Have no tangible or monetary value outside the game
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- May be altered or discontinued at our discretion
- Are not eligible for cash refunds after purchase
5 Referral Program
- Referral commission: 10% of all coins produced by your referred users
- Commissions accumulate in real-time and can be claimed at any time
- Referral relationships are permanent and cannot be changed or transferred
- 200 SPX bonus is credited to the referrer upon each new user joining
⚠️ We reserve the right to void referral commissions and ban accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: use of fake accounts, bots, self-referrals, or coordinated abuse of the referral system.
6 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to manipulate game mechanics
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or bonus system
- Impersonate other users, SPX Farm staff, or Telegram
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service or servers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Use the service for any illegal purpose under applicable law
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund of any purchased items or token balances.
7 Intellectual Property
All content within SPX Farm — including artwork, animations, sound effects, music, logos, game mechanics, and code — is the intellectual property of Sproutix and its creators.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any SPX Farm content without express written permission from the Sproutix team.
8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
8.1 "As Is" Basis
SPX Farm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
8.2 Financial Disclaimer
⚠️ SPX tokens are not financial instruments, securities, or investment products. Nothing in this app constitutes financial advice. We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to market volatility, failed blockchain transactions, TON network issues, wallet errors, or user mistakes.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sproutix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, SPX tokens, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service.
9 Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily suspend service
- Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or mechanic
- Shut down the service with reasonable notice to registered users
- Adjust game economy parameters (exchange rates, timers, prices) at any time
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SPX Farm after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Major changes will be announced in advance via the @miningspxofficial Telegram channel.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
